OU vs #1 Houston 7pm CST on ESPN2

We made more of a game of it than I thought we would. Offense was pretty good. Crazy that we don't play that fast/aggressive all the time.

D wasn't good at all. Yes, Houston made some shots, but they got what they wanted much of the night, and did so with a banged up roster.

We'll see what OU teams shows up the rest of the way.

The thing is they belong. Will the get the win in the next two to get in

This one really hurts. OU deserved to win today. Houston gets 5 pts with under 1 second left in both halves and wins.
How did we “deserve” to win? They made two big time plays while we failed to play basic defense in one situation and failed to fall on a loose ball. They also played without a lot of key guys for long stretches. They deserved it every bit as much as we did.

We just took the #1 team in the country to the wire. But yeah, let's talk about how this team doesn't belong in the tourney and isn't tough enough.
It's not up to us unfortunately. Gotta win when you need to!

Both of our point guards can't defend and get outmuscled by other guards. They really both need to pump iron.

Cryer and Shead are next level guys. Maybe we can find and/or develop someone that eventually plays near that level. Those guys are difference makers. We had some minutes there early in the second half where we didn't play smart....and that ended up being the difference. Still, this played extremely well tonight overall. Houston is #1 in the country for a reason.

One of the best coaches in the county too
