My point was the timing.

Uzan was absolutely lazy getting through the screen and grabbed the kid's arm. But that wasn't called. The ref blew the whistle when the kid juggled the ball and at that point, very little contact was happening. Seemed more like a bailout call. Eh, I probably need to watch the replay.
